DALLAS (NCBWA) — The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the sixth year with its 2003 weekly surveys. This is the final weekly poll after the 2003 NCAA World Series in Omaha, Neb.

The preseason and polls of the 2003 season had representation by 10 different conferences and top independents among the 285 baseball-playing schools in the NCAA Division I ranks. The first poll of 2004 will be released in the January 2004 preseason period.
