foul line as Lynchburg advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the
first time in program history. In the quarterfinals on Thursday,
Naumann totaled 17 points and 11 rebounds in just 24 minutes in
a 73-51 win over Virginia Wesleyan (9-17). In Saturdays
semifinal, she had 16 points and 14 rebounds in 27 minutes of
Lynchburgs 73-51 victory over Washington & Lee (17-10). Neumann

Each Tuesday, the USBWA has selected men's and women's
Division III National Players of the Week. This is the second
season that USBWA recognized national players of the week from
Division III. These are the final selections of the 2015-16
season.
The U.S. Basketball Writers Association was
formed in 1956 at the urging of then-NCAA Executive Director Walter
Byers. With some 900 members worldwide, it is one of the most influential
organizations in college basketball. It has selected an All-America
team since the 1956-57 season. For more information on the USBWA
