DALLAS (NCBWA) – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association
continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the eighth year with

the top ranking in the NCBWA Top 35 Poll. Cal State Fullerton, headed to
the White House on Friday as the defending national champions, won two of
three from Cal Poly to move up to No. 2. Nebraska took two of three from
Missouri to jump over Texas to No. 3. The Huskers will play Creighton at
Omaha's Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium on Tuesday. Texas fell to No. 4 after
losing two of three at Kansas, while Miami stayed put at No. 5.
